"month-of-coordinator" and designer

The Luxe Month-of-Coordinator (LMC) is a must for ALL weddings and events!

Your LMC will oversee all of the details of your special event. We will ensure that the month leading up to your big day right down to the last dance is a smooth seamless experience.

Your LMC will:

-meet with you for our luxury planning consultation. This is an extensive meeting where we discuss each and every detail of your wedding day. 

-be a resource during the final month of planning by offering direction and advice as needed.

-make vendor referrals and recommendations for any last minute needs.

-offer unlimited phone and email correspondence during this time with you and your chosen vendors.

-create a detailed "day of" timeline that outlines all vendor setup times, getting ready times for wedding party, hair and makeup, photography and videography timelines, timeline for all ceremony and reception activities. Your LMC will provide this timeline to all vendors and wedding party, and make sure that all vendors and wedding party arrive on time to ensure the day runs smoothly and according to plan.

-assist with wording and design of day-of-stationary.

-meet you for a walk through of your event space

-assist with space planning,

-assist seating charts as needed.

-make transportation schedule for out of town guests.

-coordinate wedding rehearsal 

-Provide a luxury bridal emergency kit fully equipped with any last minute/emergency items needed

-Coordinate with all vendors on the wedding day to ensure ceremony and reception is set up as planned

-Set up of all wedding day items: programs, menus, guestbook, cake knife, toasting flutes, signage, favors etc.

-Assist with bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres

-coordinate ceremony details with wedding party, family, ushers, readers, officiant and musicians/DJ 

-line up all wedding party and family members for the processional and ensure that the DJ/musician follows cues and plays music as planned.

-Coordinate all reception events from the grand entrance down to the grand exit. We will maintain communication with Emcee/DJ/Band to be sure that events are announced and the planned music is played.

-After the last dance, the work of your LMC continues. We will oversee clean up and return all wedding day items to a designated person and all rentals to their appropriate vendors.

Our Ultra-Luxe Planner and Design Package is the signature of Events de Luxe! There is an overwhelming amount of work that goes into planning your special day. Allow us to make the months before your once in a lifetime event a pleasure.

This service includes: The Luxe Decor and Design Package for up to 200 guests. As your wedding day approaches, we will meet for a design consultation where we will discuss your complete design and give you the option to see several design ideas setup.

-Your LPD will be a resource during the entire planning process, offering direction and advice as needed.

Your LPD will:

-assist with budget creation and management along with negotiation of prices and contracts with vendors.

-assist with overall styling of your event (colors, wedding party attire, invitations, flowers, food and beverage, lighting, draping, furniture & props, linens, tablescapes, etc.). 

-create an inspiration board with you that can be shared with vendors to help give them a visual of your desired outcome.

-make vendor recommendations based on your style and preferences and work closely with these vendors to ensure that your vision is clearly communicated.

-assist in your search for venues and provide info to help you decide on the best event space to fit your needs.
